Chawner and Trench were awarded the contract for a full design and build project for the new JLL Management offices at the superb Cherrywood Campus, South Dublin

This was an extensive project, turning an unused bare concrete shell into contemporary offices for our clients. No services whatsoever existed.

We carried out a full Cat A & B fit out including all external glazing, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, ceilings, Firewalls, electrical, toilets, kitchenette, furniture, and finishes.
