Client design & needs brief.
Initial Propopsal with line by line estimate of cost & 3D design drawings, no formal engagement required at this stage.
We then provide a detailed proposal including confirmed costing, construction and 3d design drawings with a flat fee charged.
Once satisfied, the client can then engage with us to proceed to develop the project.
